I thought it was an excellent book and that it was very amusing. It was about kid who had a crush on a girl and wanted to be her boy friend because she was the 4th hottest girl in school and all the others had boy friends. His dad wanted him to go to military school so to get out of it he try playing soccer but after a little he quite so he had to join the scouts but then he quite that too. He had to go to a ½ year old birthday party where all the parents have to try and make the baby laugh. Just before it was his dad’s turn he tried to get a blanket in a tree and he fell don his pants came down and he had wonder woman underpants on and he didn’t have to go to military school.

The book was about finding things but what it told you to find was on the next page. The words in the story tell you what to look for in the picture and the thing you look for in the picture leads you to the next part of the story. This book helps the reader to concentrate while reading and looking for the hidden clues in the pictures.
Type- Picture Book. Title- Mr Archimedes’ Bath. Illustrator- Pamela Allen. Author- Pamela Allen. Publisher- HarperCollins Publishers. How Long It Took to Read- 3-5mins
The book is about Mr Archimedes’ trying to find out why the water from his bath overflows when he and the kangaroo, wombat and goat hop in and it makes a mess on the floor. Mr Archimedes’ only fills it about halfway so he told the kangaroo to hop out first but the water still rose higher than what Mr Archimedes had put in. When the goat got out it was still higher, and then when the wombat got out it was still higher. The animals said Mr Archimedes’ should take a bath by himself and the water was still higher than what he’d put in. He found out that it was all of them and told everyone to get in and they were having so much fun jumping in and out of the bath they made more mess than ever. So the lesson is not to blame one person because it could be something everyone is contributing to.
